About the Founder
Justin C. Grice
Justin is an operations and supply-chain executive with over 15 years of experience leading retail, e-commerce, and multi-brand organizations through growth, transformation, and operational redesign. He specializes in merchandise planning, P&L stewardship, S&OP development, cost optimization, M&A integrations, and building aligned, accountable teams.

Outside of work, Justin lives in Minnesota with his wife and three children, stays active in his local community, serves on non-profit boards, and enjoys working on new entrepreneurial projects.
